When I got the text message that Noah, he was planning a proposal and he wanted a few pictures of him when he proposed to his fiance.
If you never shot a proposal session, you’ll smile from ear-to-ear because their fun from start to finish.
What makes proposal sessions fun is the excitement of knowing that the bride has no idea that her soon to be groom is about to pop the question.
This is when I get myself & my camera into position to catch the tears as they fall.

Game planning Noah’s proposed session!
Due to Noah’s tight schedule, we bounced a few text messages back & forth until we got a chance to talk over the phone and create a plan to make it happen.
A few days later we got together at Bayshore Park in Baycliff, TX where he wanted to propose and came up with a plan.
I’ll admit, Noah came up with a good plan when everyone on the bride’s side of the family knows what’s about to happen and keeps it a secret.
It was as if her entire family was sitting on a box of needles except for bride who about to get the surprise of her life.

Walking Along the Water He Proposed
The stage was set and I was in position. When they arrived, I took a few pictures of the couple holding hands and walking along the water.
Within a few minutes, he proposes and she accepts with the biggest smile I’ve seen.

Strolling Through the Park
After Noah proposed and his bride accepted, the couple took a stroll through the park for a few pictures as a newly engaged couple.

The Ring
While they were taking pictures, I kept my eye open for a couple of nice spots so we could take a few pictures of her engagement ring.
Believe it or not, I took the ring and placed it on a branch in the grass, creating a lovely background along with a couple of pictures on her hand.

When the couple gets married, we’ll come back and share a few of our favorite pictures from the bridal, engagement, wedding ceremony & reception.
