I was going through some of the pictures I took when I first got started and I came across an engagement session I did at Helen’s Garden in League City of Carlos and Arielle.
As a photographer, I enjoy photographing couples when they are having fun, in love, and practically forget they’re taking pictures with the photographer.
Carlos and Arielle were exactly what the photographer ordered, and they took some lovely engagement pictures.
Carlos and Arielle Coming In the Park
I remember the engagement session very well because Carlos & Arielle made it easy for me to capture their images as they were coming into the park.
Here’s what I’m talking about.
When Carlos and Arielle got to the bench, Carlos took a set and Arielle got behind him and nibbled on his ear and the fun fight was on and popping like they were in the 1st grade for the remainder of the engagement session.
Actually, Carlos and Arielle didn’t realize I caught the entire moment on camera as Arielle was nibbling on his ear and Carlos couldn’t stop laughing.

As we walked through the park, I called Arielle to get her attention to look over her shoulder. At that very moment, I was able to catch Carlos gazing at his future wife, and a grabbed a picture of Carlos holding Arielle’s hand with her engagement ring.

I couldn’t resist the temptation of taking this photo of Arielle helping Carlos who was struggling with the puppies.
We laughed about these poses so hard because the puppies wouldn’t behave and mama had to help me.
These Photos Were Taken On the Lawn
In this photo, I asked Carlos and Arielle to act as if they were on a picnic in the park.
As you can see, they were enjoying their time together, and I couldn’t keep my finger off the shutter button.
I asked them later what they were laughing about and Arielle said she was laughing at Carlos because he couldn’t handle the two puppies they brought to the engagement session.
Right below is a picture of Carlos and Arielle enjoying the smell of the flowers together in front of a church just across the street in the background.
Photos Taken While Leaving the Park
This was just after I got a few pictures of Carlos and Arielle playing footsie in the fountain pond at the end of the engagement session.
We stopped at a bench and took the last few shots of Carlos and Arielle sitting on the bench.
In Conclusion
The engagement session with Carlos and Arielle was not even close to being short of having fun while getting some great pictures.
